Jennifer Lopez Will Cover Up for Indonesian Concert
Jennifer Lopez was expected to wear less revealing outfits for her concert in the Indonesian capital on Friday, the concert's promoter said. Lopez had agreed to cover up to conform to Muslim sensibilities, said Chairi Ibrahim, project manager for Dyandra Promosindo. "In terms of stage act there will be no difference," Ibrahim said. "But she's expected to cover parts that are usually revealed and the dancers will be clothed and not bare-chested." But Ibrahim promised that Lopez would still show off her trademark booty-shaking dance moves in front of some 8,000 Indonesian fans. Lopez's Jakarta concert comes five months after Indonesia made global headlines for refusing to issue a concert permit for eccentric pop diva Lady Gaga.
