No man linked to Jennifer Lopez is going to escape a certain amount of media scrutiny, given the public's obvious interest in her previous relationships (We're talking one half of Bennifer, here). So of course Casper Smart, the 24-year-old dancer with whom Lopez has been cavorting, is having trouble handling all the attention.

On Tuesday, Smart tweeted, "I don't understand how people can speak on other people or things they know nothing of??!!! #CRAZY Off to Morocco!!!!"

Casper then proceeded to retweet his tens of ardent fans, who posted inspirational messages like, "I think @Caspersmart an @JLo make a r! eally go od couple but you know everyones gonna hate cuz when your happy or successful ppl have to hate."

Obviously, Mr. Smart is missing one crucial point: None of this is really about him. It's Lopez people are interested in, when it all boils down to it, so it's not worth taking personally.

Taylor Swift got bangs this week, which means that all the fifth grade girls are going to come back from Christmas vacation sporting new fringe this year. Also, she's releasing a new music video on Friday afternoon, although we're guessing it's not going to be nearly as controversial as Lady Gaga's just-released video for "Marry the Night."

On Thursday evening, Swift tweeted, "Guess what!! E! News and E!Online will world premiere the brand new video for "Ours" tomorrow night at 7 ET."

We're not sure what to expect, except at least one sparkly dress and a lot of pouting.

Hopefully Pauly D's planning to let his hair down for 50 Cent.

Jersey Shore alum Pauly D is going to be working with 50 Cent soon, as he's just been signed to G-Note Records. 50 tweeted the good news on Thursday, writing, "This me and my boy @djpaulyd G NOTES newest addition good times," along with a snap of them posing side-by-side.

Pauly D, who has An Interesting Grasp Of Punctuation, twitter-gasmed, "Big Big Things In The Works @50cent And @DJPaulyD !!!!"

No word on whether 50 is going to throw Vinny Guadagnino a bone.

Country star-turned-Celebrity Rehab-er Mindy McCready is getting herself int! o a mess of trouble for refusing to return her 5-year-old son Zander to her mother's custody in Florida.

Mandy, who fled with her son earlier this week, defied a judge's order to return the child by Thursday evening, telling the Associated Press, "No matter what happens, I'm going to protect my kid. If I have to go to jail, so be it."

McCready alleges that Zander has suffered abuse in her mother's home. The singer is currently six months pregnant with twins, which she claims makes it difficult for her to return to Florida.

Sleigh Bells' next album will be called Reign of Terror.

Jessica Simpson says she thinks she's going to have a girl, but if she has a boy she'll dress him up in tutus.

In his behind-the-scenes video for Voyr.com, Kanye West says he hopes that his funeral is populated with world leaders he's affected. Hmm.
