Jennifer Lopez announces new single 'Dance Again'

Jennifer Lopez has announced the title of her new single.

'Dance Again' is scheduled to premiere on March 30, with the video being unveiled on American Idol the following week.

Lopez tweeted: "I said wrong date last night... haha #DanceAgain hits March 30th and video premieres April 5th on #idol. (sic)"

The track features rapper Pitbull, who starred on her previous hit 'On The Floor', which topped the charts in 23 countries last year.

Is it not yet confirmed whether 'Dance Again' will trail a brand new album or a Greatest Hits collection.

The 42-year-old's last LP Love? peaked at number five in the US and six in the UK and included the hits 'I'm Into You' and 'Papi'.

Lopez recently defended her relationship with boyfriend Casper Smart, saying: "He's adorable. But you already see that. He really is [sweet]. He's a good egg."
