MTV is looking to Jennifer Lopez for laughs and Latino viewers.
The younger skewing network has ordered a half-hour comedy script from the singer-producer. The project centers on Lina Molina, a recent NYU grad whose being forced to return home to suburban Texas with her eccentric Mexican family care of a dire economy.
