A new movie featuring Kid Rock called "$ellebrity" is expected to hit select theaters and iTunes on Friday. sellebritythemovie.com

DETROIT, MI - Kid Rock is featured in a new documentary called "Sellebrity" that takes a hard look at what celebrities have to go through with paparazzi.

The movie, according to its website, will hit select theaters on Friday, including Royal Oak's Emagine Theater, and will also be available for purchase on iTunes.

Footage of Kid Rock is show in the trailer, including some comments from him about how difficult it is to deal with the paparazzi.

"You're going to come at me and try to get a reaction?," Kid Rock says while smacking his hands. "There's my reaction!"

Royal Oak's Emagine Theater is scheduled to show the film 8 p.m. Friday, 2 p.m. Sunday and 8 p.m. Jan. 17.

Based on the $ellebrity website's theater listings, there appears to be no other screening locations in Michigan. You can purchase tickets online at the site.
