Lopez had claimed that her former driver and head of security Hakob Manoukian attempted to blackmail her for a sum of $2.8 million (1.7m), according to The Wrap.

Lopez alleged that Manoukian threatened to reveal private information about her that would damage her character.

Prior to Lopez's lawsuit, Manoukian filed his own claim - which is still open - after reportedly quitting due to issues with her management team. He said that he had been underpaid and then demoted.
