Jennifer Lopez has been named in a new lawsuit after allegedly portraying a man in a negative way on national TV. Everette Draughn filed the suit in Louisiana, naming the "Follow The Leader" hitmaker along with Al Roker and two producers of Spike TV's "Big Easy Justice," insisting they falsely accused him of being a criminal on national TV.

The suit stems from an episode of the show that was aired in April 2012, which identified 19-year-old Draughn as an auto theft suspect. He has denied that he was a fugitive, as stated on the show, and he claims he was forced to sign a release agreement.

According to Aceshowbiz: "Draughn goes on accusing the show for ruining his life, causing him injuries and costing his job. He blames former "American Idol" judge J.Lo and "Today" weatherman Roker for the mishap, believing that they should have done their due diligence before falsely labeling him a criminal on the show. He is now seeking unspecified damages in the case, which is now on pending litigation."

Jennifer Lopez is currently on tour in Australia, she was spotted recently shopping with her daughter Emme in Sydney.
