Jennifer Lopez denies she got engaged to Casper Smart

Jennifer Lopez has denied that she got engaged to Casper Smart, after being photographed with what appeared to a massive diamond on her ring finger over the weekend.

"Ru mors!!! Don't be fooled by the rocks that I got," Lopez wrote on her official website on June 8, quoting a song lyric from "Jenny from the Block." "No engagement!" the singer added, in her post entitled, "The J-Low: The Truth About 'The Ring.'"

Lopez is set to tour with fellow Latin pop star Enrique Iglesias later this year and will bring along Smart and her 4-year-old twins, Max and Emme.

The 42-year-old singer and "American Idol" judge told reporters at a recent press conference that her beau will serve as one of several choreographers. Smart, 25, worked as her backup dancer when the two began dating in the fall of 2011, months after she announced her separation from husband Marc Anthony, the father of her twins.

Anthony filed for divorce from Lopez in April. The two were married for seven years. Lopez has been married three times, to Anthony in 2004, Okani Noa in 1997 and Chris Judd in 2001.

Engagement rumors have been rampant since Lopez began dating Smart. Earlier in the year, Italian designer Roberto Cavalli's Twitter account was hacked and Tweeted that Lopez had shown interest in getting a wedding dress.
