Jennifer Lopez May Face Ugly Custody Battle with Her Ex Plus Other Celeb Custody Wars

Jennifer Lopez Marc Antony

When Jennifer Lopez and her soon-to-be-ex husband, Marc Anthony, first announced their decision to split, their official statement read, " We have come to an amicable conclusion on all matters." The pair was said to be amicable enough that they even met in Puerto Rico just last month to work on their upcoming talent show, " Q'Viva! The Chosen ."

So what's changed? Apparently Anthony is none to happy about the diva's new beau and his relationship with their three-year-old twins, Max and Emme. After spotting the photos of the 42-year-old singer with her new love, dancer Casper Smart , on the sands of Kauai, Hawaii over Thanksgiving weekend, he was said to have, "hit the roof," and that it caused a huge blow up.

The estranged couple had already worked out a custody agreement for the twins, a close source told US weekly, but Anthony became bitter and may go back on his word. The source said, "He wants to make Jennifer suffer because she's having fun with someone new, and he knows this will hurt her on the deepest level."

The thrice married Lopez is ready to battle back if need be, and things could get pretty ugly.

Another infamous couple with twins, Charlie Sheen and his ex-wife, Brooke Mueller, went through an embroiled battle over their young children. Both parents have been in trouble with the law, but the former "Two and a Half Men" star! lost cu stody to their mother, who was recently arrested in Colorado for felony cocaine possession and assault. The big losers in this situation are, unfortunately, their two-year-old sons, Bob and Max.

Earlier this year, the " Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star, Camille Grammer, and her ex-husband, actor Kelsey Grammar, embarked on a bitter custody war after Kelsey decided to go over sole custody of his two children with Camille.

The latest word on that battle is that the actress was on the losing end, but the pair are still fighting and it doesn't look like it will be over anytime soon.
