Five new promo posters give some clues on what to expect from the ensemble pregnancy comedy "What To Expect When You're Expecting."

Cameron Diaz's poster reveals her looking far more buxom than usual. She wears a tight-fitting blue athletic top and grips a large baby bump. A quote alongside the image reads, "If I knew I'd have a rack like this, I would've gotten knocked up years ago."

Meanwhile, Brooklyn Decker looks almost unrecognizable in her poster, in which she clutches her pregnant belly too. "I'm like crazy horny," her poster reads.

Elizabeth Banks looks ultra preppy in her poster, wearing a pink dress that reveals a modest bump. Her poster declares, "I'm calling bull$#!%. Pregnancy sucks."
