The Chosen, despite their split, something the star says was not unnatural for her and her ex.

Marc and I were friends before we got married. We were friends for years, and we always loved each other. And we always worked together, so it wasnt an unnatural thing for us to continue working together, J.Lo told Matt Lauer on the Today show on Monday morning. And, obviously, we have children together, so its not going to be like hes not in my life. Hes always going to be in my life.

We have a lot of love for each other, and were human, the 42-year-old told Matt. Its not the easiest thing in the world, but I think we handle [our split] with a lot grace and a lot of caring and a lot of love.

And what about another marriage down the road?

I dont know, the American Idol judge, who is reportedly dating dancer Casper Smart, said when asked if shed ever walk down the aisle again.

Well see, a flustered Jennifer said, not mentioning Casper by name. Its not time to think about that, do you know what I mean? Its still fresh.

Jennifer also spoke about! her and Marcs twins, Max and Emme, who will turn 4 next month.

Theyre great, theyre wonderful. So loving and too smart for 3 years old, she told Matt.

Matt also asked J.Lo what she hopes her kids will say when they look back on their childhood.

That they were happy. That they felt loved, she explained. That they got the confidence they needed to fulfill all their dreams in life.
