Listen To Jennifer Lopez and Pitbull 'Dance Again' on New Single

Jennifer Lopez, Pitbull and producer RedOne's first collaboration, "On The Floor," certainly hit the dance-pop sweet spot, so why not return for another go-round? The trio of stars did exactly that on "Dance Again," a new single that debuted in full on Friday (Mar. 30).

Like "On The Floor," the new collaboration includes a thumping beat, a massive chorus and not-too-subtle sexual innuendos, although J. Lo sounds more striking and confident this time around. Major props to the "American Idol" judge for the heartbreaking emotion on the song's bridge, as well as to Pitbull for giving an Ol' Dirty Bastard shout-out by starting his verse with, "Shimmy shimmy yah, shimmy yam, shimmy yay/I'm an ol' dirty dog all day!"

"Dance Again" will hit iTunes on Monday, and the official music video will premiere during "American Idol's" elimination episode next Thursday. The single has been released as a standalone track, but a rep for Epic Records tells Billboard that the song is being considered for inclusion on a forthcoming greatest hits collection for Lopez.

"On The Floor" was part of a huge comeback year for Lopez in 2011: the single was the 12th biggest-selling digital song of the year with 3.3 million downloads, and the album it previewed, "Love?," has sold 316,000 copies, according to Nielsen SoundScan. Lopez is serving as an "American Idol" for the second straight season after making her debut alongside Randy Jackson and Steven Tyler last year.
