The singer and former American Idol judge cuddled up to the 71-year-old boxing legend at the 19th annual fundraiser for Parkinson's disease, which Ali has suffered from since 1984.
Lopez, who attended the party at Arizona's JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort with boyfriend Casper Smart, also honoured Ali for his efforts to find a cure and closed the night with a performance that included a duet with blind musician Andrea Bocelli.

Steve Martin, Billy Crystal, Billy Ray Cyrus and American Idol star Haley Reinhart also took to the stage at Celebrity Fight Night, while Mario Lopez, X Factor USA winner Tate Stevens and Verne Troyer were among those in attendance.

Tweeting afterwards, Lopez said: "Thanks to @CelebFightNight & the #CHAMP for having me &@LyndaLopez08 here tonight."
The event has raised a total of 52 million ($80m) for Parkinson's charities since its inception, with this year's bash bringing in 4.7m ($7.2m).

The Saturdays perform at G-A-Y. The show was the last one Rochelle Humes will be taking part in for a while as she prepares to give birth to her first child in the coming weeks.
