Jennifer Lopez In Battle With First Husband Over Sex Tape
Jennifer Lopez is locked in a legal battle with her first husband over an alleged sex tape.
Ojani Noa claims that he filmed several sex tapes with the American Idol judge throughout their short-lived marriage, and she has filed legal papers against him to prevent the release of any such footage.
One in particular was shot during their honeymoon, but Jennifer is arguing that if the tape does exist, she didn't consent to it being filmed.
"[Jennifer] has made numerous claims and allegations that she has never consented to Ojani Noas Home Videos," reads a letter sent from Ojani's business partner Ed Myer to Jennifer's lawyer Jay Lavely, according to RadarOnline.
"This is despite Jennifer Lopez clearly giving her consent to Ojani Noa on the Home Videos, on not just one, but on several occasions."
"Jay, you and I have looked at hours and hours of Ojani Noas Home Videos, and Jennifer Lopez never, repeat, never ever verbally withholds her consent on the Home Videos [she] never withheld her consent, but you did."
Jennifer has also been accused of having an affair with Ojani during her marriage to Marc Anthony, whom she has now split from.
