Jennifer Lopez 'Blindsided' Marc Anthony Over New Lover Casper

Jennifer Lopez shocked her ex Marc Anthony when she admitted that she was "deeply in love" with her new boyfriend Casper Smart.

The American Idol judge announced her split from her husband of seven years last year, but Marc Anthony was still hopeful that the pair would get back together so did not immediately file for divorce.

Marc and JLo continued to work on their new TV show together, Q'Viva, despite their split but now things are getting serious with Casper, so Marc decided it was time to file for divorce.

Last week, the Latino star filed legal documents (April 9), even though TMZ have reported that the couple recently met to discuss whether to go ahead with the divorce.

Jen has fallen head over heels for Casper, 22, and has turned down the chance to get back together with her ex.

Marc Anthony was allegedly left "blindsided" by Jen's admission that she was "deeply in love" with her toyboy and that she "wants to pursue that relationship".
