Mariah Carey recently signed on as the newest judge on American Idol , replacing Jennifer Lopez, who recently vacated her seat on the panel. Now, J LO has some advice for Idols newest addition. No, were not kidding. Read on to find out what Jennifer Lopez had to say to Mariah Carey!
Jennifer Lopez departed from American Idol a few weeks ago, but that is not stopping her from dishing out advice, or sharing her opinion on the newest addition to the panel. In a recent interview with E! news, J LO revealed that she feels Mariah Carey will make a good judge because: Shes a musician for a long time she has a lot of experience. And its that experience you offer them at the end of the day, the contestants just want to get be! tter and grow through the process. Um, okay, too bad we didnt see Jennifer Lopez offer much of her experience to the contestants. Sorry fans, but we have to agree with Howard Stern here.
Regardless, Jennifer Lopez feels that she has enough experience on the Idol panel to dish out advice to Carey, who probably does not need any advice. So, what was J LOs key to being a self proclaimed great judge? Just enjoy the journey. There is pressure as far as the live shows, but you know what? Just remember youre there at the end of the day to help those contestants grow and to get to the end and to get to that finale. And whenever I thought about that, it always made my job a little less pressure-filled and a little easier, because its not about you.
