Jennifer Lopez Reveals Secrets To Her Curvy Figure

Despite being in her forties and popping out two kids, Jennifer Lopez has got arguably the most enviable bod in celebville and now the curvy star has revealed the secrets to her figure.

A souce close to JLo has let slip the celeb's diet and workout regime, and it's no picnic.. literally. Apparently the former 'American Idol' judge follows a series of strict rules to keep herself in peak condition. The source revealed to Closer:

''Jen drinks ice-cold water to speed up her metabolism, bans carbs after 4pm and sticks to four small meals a day, which are packed with protein.''

And that's not all, Jen also works out religiously, regularly training with her super-fit boyfriend Casper Smart. ''Jen is up at 6am every morning for an hour's exercise. She hates doing the same workout twice and likes to switch it up with core-strengthening routines, yoga or runs or the beach."

''She takes a skipping rope with her when she travels and, when she gets a spare moment, will drop to the floor to do around four minutes of sit-ups. Jen likes to work out with Casper as they really egg each other on.''
