Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart played happy families at the park with the singer's twins, amid rumours that the couple were having a 'cooling off' period following the pictures showing the dancer heading into an exotic massage parlour.

The former American Idol judge tweeted that she was enjoying her family time, while her representative has told Fox News Latino that the rumours of a break-up was false and that they are happier than ever.

Jen, 43, tweeted on Sunday: "Enjoying the beautiful day with my coconuts at the park!! #dayoff #familia #LOVE.

Casper, 25, was seen holding the twins protectively as they enjoyed their day in the sunshine. With Jen in a full length maxi-dress as they relaxed in Calabasas with Max and Emme.

Last month, Casper was pictured heading into a 'exotic massage parlour' in New York, as well as gay porn store before celebrating Jen's birthday with a cruise party.

A source recently told E! News that the couple were on the verge of a split, saying: "They have not split yet, but it's fair to say they are cooling off a bit. The pictures have created a distance between them. Even if Casper is telling the truth, and he didn't mean to walk into the doorway, it just proves how young and immature he is.

The insider continued: "He should have been more careful. He knows he is often being followed by paparazzi."

Lawyers for the Hollywood couple were taking the allegations seriously and threatening legal action against Star magazine and In Touch Weekly, demanding a complete retraction. Howard Weitzman and Shawn Holley reportedly said in a statement last Wednesday (August 1): "These statements are false, malicious and defamatory. Ms. Lopez an! d Mr. Sm art will pursue all remedies available to them under the law."

Meanwhile sources have told People magazine that the mother-of-two was now becoming frustrated with the backup dancer since the pictures were published.

"He's moved into her life - and a little too easily, too. I think her family is watching him closely, an insider told People magazine.
