It looks like Jennys gonna need a new ride around the block! American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez, Nuyorican Productions, and her manager, Benny Medina are all being sued by the FOX reality stars former driver, Hakom Manoukian, who, among other claims, alleges that he was chastised and humiliated while working for Lopez, and later, wrongfully terminated. What else is in the lawsuit?

According to court documents, Hakom Manoukian was a part-time employee of Jennifer Lopez and her husband at the time, Marc Anthony, beginning in 2005.

In April of 2011, Manoukian states that he was given a full-time positio! n and pr omised a yearly salary of $72,000 PLUS production pay for times when J. Lo was filming or busy with other types of professional engagements, which shouldve worked out to roughly $200,000.

But by Manoukians account, he never received any of the production pay or overtime, and was treated unfairly by Jennifers manager, Benny Medina, who allegedly chastised and humiliated him during a job in Atlanta, telling Manoukian that he was not presentable and didnt speak English well enough for the job.

The suit states that Hakom Manoukin was demoted after complaining about Medina, then eventually let go at the end of September.

In addition to breach of contract, Manoukin is accusing Lopez and her crew of deceit, breach of implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, constructive fraud, failure to pay overtime, failure to provide meal periods, unfair business practices, and wrongful termination. He is seeking unspecified damages and overtime compensation.
