Savannah to get sneak peek of Jason Statham, Jennifer Lopez movie 'Parker'

The 200 Club of the Coastal Empire is ready to put on quite a show for Savannah.

At 5:30 p.m. Jan. 24, the club will host an advance screening of executive producer Stratton Leopold's new movie "Parker," starring Jason Statham and Jennifer Lopez, at the Lucas Theatre, 32 Abercorn St.

Tickets are $20, $10 for first responders, and can be purchased in advanced online at here.

The R-rated action flick "Parker" will be released Jan. 25 in theaters nationwide. Other stars include Michael Chiklis and Nick Nolte. "Parker" tells the story of a professional thief who lives by a personal code of ethics: Dont steal from people who cant afford it and dont hurt people who dont deserve it. But on his latest heist, his crew double crosses him and leaves him for dead. Determined to make sure they regret it, Parker tracks them to Palm Beach, Fla., where he dons the disguise of a rich Texan, takes on an unlikely partner and devises a plan to get revenge and make a getaway.

The nonprofit 200 Club provids financial assistance to families of first responders who have lost their lives in the line of duty. For more info, visit www.twohundredclub.org.
